Our success at TGP is dependent on the success of the independent retails it services. The focus of the Retail Operations team is providing support to independent retails to ensure their success. We have a team of highly experienced and trained individuals to assist in all aspects of operations, merchandising, and management issues. Whether it’s assistance with new store construction, reblocking and remerchandising a store or helping you to analyze your wage costs; we have the right individual to assist! -We can offer assistance with store design, equipment purchase and décor packages.

Retail Support Services

-We work with the independent retailers to design store and shelf layouts to maximize sales.

Our experienced and knowledgeable perishable department teams will assist department managers with up to date merchandising techniques, quality control and department costs to improve profitability.


Wholesale Supported Scanning System

-We use the latest technology. Assistance available includes installation, training and education, and hardware and software support
